According to multiple sources, Carl Radke was the one who initiated the breakup and told Lindsay Hubbard that he could not go ahead with the marriage.
The emotional moment was reportedly captured on camera and will be shown in the upcoming season 8 of ‘Summer House’, the Bravo show that follows the lives of a group of friends who spend their summers in the Hamptons.
The news of the split comes as a shock to many fans, who had witnessed the couple’s love story unfold on the show and on social media.
Just two weeks ago, Hubbard had celebrated her bridal shower in New York City, with Radke making a surprise appearance and giving her a kiss.
Hubbard had also shared that her friends were planning her bachelorette party in the Bahamas for September.
The former couple had met in 2016 while filming season 1 of ‘Summer House’ and had a brief fling in season 4 before deciding to remain friends.
In January 2022, Hubbard confirmed to Page Six that they were back together and very happy. In August 2022, Radke proposed to Hubbard on a beach in the Hamptons in front of Bravo cameras.
Neither Hubbard nor Radke have commented publicly on their breakup yet, but they have both kept their photos together on their Instagram accounts and still follow each other.
It remains to be seen how they will cope with the end of their relationship and how it will affect their friendship and their interactions with their co-stars on ‘Summer House’.
